Drug Side Effects
By Lita Lee, Ph.D. The toxic side effects of drugs
Drugs control the body and have toxic side effects. Food allows the body to nourish and heal itself. Which do you prefer? Drugs are unidirectional and always lower your blood chem values. For example, insulin ONLY lowers blood glucose. It cannot raise it back to normal. Appropriately used drugs have saved lives in cases where nothing else could have intervened but in many cases, a nutritional approach can bring about self-healing without the toxic side effects of drugs.. This article describes certain drugs and their side effects and provides non-toxic alternatives for headaches, candidiasis, anxiety, panic and insomnia.
